Educational Qualification
- The candidates who have completed B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering in Regular in the year 2023 or 2024 and scored a minimum of 55% marks are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who are currently pursuing graduation nin B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) are not eligible to apply.
Who cannot Apply for the Apprentice Vacancy 2025?
The following candidates are not eligible to apply for the Apprentice vacancy 2025 at Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL):
- Candidates who have completed any Master’s or Post-graduation clourse.
- Candidates whose results of the final examination are awaited.
- The candidates who are less than 18 years of age.
- The candidates who have undertaken any previous training as part of the apprenticeship program.
- Candidates who hold work experience of one year or more after the attainment of prescribed qualifications.
- The candidates who have completed their graduation through Distance Learning Mode or Part Time Mode or Correspondence Mode.
Stipend During Training
The selected candidates will get a monthly stipend of Rs. 9000. The Apprentice trainee is not eligible for any TA/DA, Boarding, or Lodging expenses incurred during the period of training. The Company will not provide any financial assistance towards transportation during selection.
Selection Process
The selection is purely on a merit basis. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in their graduation. In case of a similar number in merit, a person with a higher age would be considered.

These are the documents required at the time of document verification:
- 1 recent passport sized photograph.
- Print out of the filled application form.
- School Leaving Certificate.
- Mark sheets of all Semesters with Degree/Provisional Certificate.
- Certificate from the Institute/ University mentioning percentage marks obtained in case grading system is in place.
- Caste (SC/ST/SEBC/EWS) Certificate/Disability Certificate (if applicable).
- Identification Proof (Voter ID/ Pan Card/ Aadhar Card/Driving License etc).
- Residential Address Proof (Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill/Ration Card/ Aadhar Card, etc).
